Reflection Questions

What family or cultural messages did I receive growing up?
What are my early experiences with vulnerability? What's my experience with vulnerability today?
Where do I feel safe and unsafe?
How does my experiences around gender identity, race and culture impact my recovery journey?
How do I think about masculinity?

Creative Activity: Get A Group Chat / Support Structure

The power of community, of coming together, and of sharing our stories vulnerably is undeniable. Create a group chat with at least 2 individuals you know have your back and understand the experiences you've had (particularly around your identity). Commit to supporting each other during rough and good times. Set up a monthly check-in (same time and place).
